Online Purchase Return Policy
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days from the time you received the item. In order to return an item please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization.)
Returns are only acceptable for items that are in UNUSED new condition. Returned merchandise must include all of its parts and accessories it came with (eyewear, cases, cloth) and be in the same condition and packaging as when it was received. Used or damaged merchandise cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits.
If all the above mentioned conditions are satisfied, we will refund you the cost of the product. Shipping costs are on the customer’s charge. If shipping was free, the shipping charges paid by us will be deducted from the refund.
Your refund will be credited back to the same card or paypal account used to make the original purchase.
We are often able to order products for our customers that are hard to find elsewhere and are outside of our regular inventory. You will be notified prior to placing the order that the item is a special order and is non-returnable. You may be able to cancel the special order prior to being shipped.
In-Store Purchase Exchange Policy
Simply bring your unused item(s) in new condition to us with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase and we will process your exchange for another item. All exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date or purchase. No refunds are accepted on in-store purchased items.
